Requirements
Venue
- Venue with minimum capacity of 50 people
Equipment & technical
- Competition equipment (bar, plates, platform, rack)
- Certified referee team

Process
Submit Application
Complete the application form with proposed dates, venue details, and estimated number of lifters.
Review
VNPL reviews your proposal, clarifies open points, and confirms whether the event can be sanctioned.
Approval
Once requirements are met and sanctioning is confirmed, the meet is added to the official VNPL calendar.
Support
VNPL provides referee assignment, technical guidance, and communications alignment leading up to meet day.
