Built from the ground up
VNPL was born from a simple belief: every lifter in Vietnam deserves a level playing field. In a sport where integrity is everything, we set out to build an organization that puts clean competition at its core — not as a rule, but as an identity.
Starting from a small community of dedicated athletes and coaches in Ho Chi Minh City, VNPL grew into Vietnam's official representative of USAPL and IDFPA. Every meet we sanction, every record we recognize, and every referee we certify carries the same uncompromising standard.
